The objective of this project was to show a comprehensive overview of the design process, from copywriting to producing high-quality comps. We also focused on creating a variety of solutions to one problem. One of the main elements of this project was that we had to pick a letter from the phoenician alphabet. I chose the letter “Psi” from the phonecian alphabet. To focus on problem solving for this project, we designed three different designs with each one calling out the symbol, the word, or the body paragraph. We were only allowed to use tones of black, red, and white. My symbol depicted something similar to a trident, so I tried to make it look more aggressive by primarily using red. This design element helped make the letter stand out more and draw attention to it.
